By accessing or playing Fire Legasy ("the Game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Use of the Game

Fire Legasy is a free-to-play browser game. You may play the Game at its official URL (firelegasy.com) for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Accounts

You may create an account with an email address and display name. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must not create accounts for the purpose of spamming, abusing, or manipulating the leaderboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the Game or submit scores
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages
Attempt to access other users' accounts
Interfere with the Game's servers or infrastructure
Use offensive or inappropriate display names

We reserve the right to remove accounts or scores that violate these terms without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All game code, artwork, design, and branding are copyright © 2026 R. Cooper Snyder, with creative contributions from his daughter. All rights reserved. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Game without written permission.

5. Leaderboard

Scores and display names on the leaderboard are publicly visible. By submitting a score, you consent to your display name and score being shown publicly.

6. No Warranty

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R. Cooper Snyder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes will be posted on this page.
